I wrote and hosted this series exploring food culture across Singapore, following the chefs, producers and obsessives behind one of the world's great eating cities.
It's streaming now on SBS On Demand in Australia and meWATCH in Singapore.
MasterChef Australia. I competed in Season 6 (2014) which is where my food life went from personal obsession to public one.
It led me to create Bake Mixes, a health food brand I built and later sold, and eventually to making food television rather than just appearing on it.
